Coffee #1: Ethiopia Yirgachefe

Roast: Medium

Tasting notes: Berry, Jasmine, Merlot

Process: Washed

The flavor profile of this medium roast is highlighted by exceptional notes of blueberry, complemented by hints of jasmine and merlot.  The balance that our Ethiopia coffee strikes between juiciness and gentleness makes it one of our finest single-origins.

Coffee #2: Limited Edition Micro-Lot: Brazil Mantiqueira de Minas

Roast: Medium

Tasting notes: Berry, Caramel, Papaya

Process: Natural

Grown in the Serra da Mantiqueira mountain range that spans three Brazilian states, this single-origin batch is as complex as the region it comes from. It is a very easy-drinking coffee with a floral aroma, creamy texture, and a high acidity reminiscent of fresh citrus.

The Serra da Mantiqueira is part of the Atlantic Forest ecosystem, one of the most biodiverse regions on the planet and often considered the “green lung” for its range of plant life. Mantiqueira de Minas produces coffee of the highest quality, and its growers are dedicated to the socio-environmental sustainability of the region.

Coffee #3: Guatemala Trapichitos

Roast: Medium-Light

Tasting notes: Cedar, Hazelnut, Apple

Process: Washed

Our Guatemala specialty coffee beans are passive organic, hand-picked, and sun-dried on raised wooden racks.  The bourbon-like beans are meticulously processed and sorted at a community co-op in the Trapichitos region of Guatemala. The resulting cup is beautifully nuanced, with a delicate smoky tone. You’ll get flavors of hazelnut, apple, and cedar in this medium-light bodied coffee.
