- Paramount Crystals are used for making candy melts and chocolate wafers creamier and easier to work with. It is odorless and tasteless and will not alter flavor. It is also a great agent for thinning fondue, chocolate fountain melts, carob and yogurt coating.
- It will help make the coatings and candy melts smooth and easier to use for dipping and pouring into molds
- Directions: Stir Paramount Crystals into melted candy wafers. Add a little at a time starting with 1 to 2 tablespoons per pound of chocolate or confectionery coating until you have your desired consistency. Use up to ¼ cup per pound of chocolate or confectionery coating.
- Keep or store tightly sealed in a cool area.
