Frozen Quails

All frozen food should be kept frozen until intended use and should not be refrozen after thawing.

To thaw your frozen food:

• Remove the desired number of quails from the packaging and place them into a ziplock bag, removing as much air before sealing it.
• Place the ziplock bag into a heat proof container big enough to hold the food as well as enough water to completely cover it. The fill the container with warm water.
• Leave the container & food to stand for as long as need be to ensure the food is defrosted.
• Just prior to removal, replace the water with hot water to bring the food to above room temperature.
