The weighted bottom allows the knife to wobble back and forth slightly, so it can’t be knocked over. The Dondolo Standing Cheese Knife can be used for hard and soft cheeses and like classic cheese knives, has a pointed-end blade that’s useful for picking up pieces of hard cheese after you cut them. It measures 8.5h x 2”diam. Dishwasher-safe.
