Shop Colour Mill booster. This color enhancing booster is used if you're struggling to achieve vibrant results in your buttercream & baking. Simply add some to help emulsify and get the most from your colors. Booster allows your color to mix through the oils in your baking. It is used to intensify your color through emulsification. SIZE: 20mL OR 100mL
DIRECTIONS: Shake well before use. Add approx 1 drop per 100g product.
BOOSTER BENEFITS: Emulsifies (allows different types of ingredients to mix). Helps disperse your color and dye more evenly. Improves fluidity in chocolate (similar to cocoa butter). Add gel coloring to chocolate by mixing with Booster (approx 3 parts booster to 1 part gel).
